This is a useful book to many in terms of improving themselves and helping other improve. The books inspires us to try and reach our true potential and improve on it. The author Shawn Achor has given a wonderful talk on TED Talks. He has presented a wonderful idea and a humorous and interesting way.
I think it is a must read for many like parent to inspire their kids, for professional to improve in their career.
I highly recommend this book.
